The Property Management Department at HAWS is staffed by professional, certified and responsive management teams dedicated to providing residents with affordable and essential apartment living. Each Property Manager is accredited by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and knowledgeable of fair housing codes and federal regulations. Most management teams are located on-site, available to greet and meet the needs of our customers. Qualified maintenance technicians respond on a twenty-four hour basis, maintaining safe and above-standard housing for those we serve.

We offer spacious floor plans; one to five bedrooms, accompanied by several apartment-style options; garden, duplex, town-home and high-rise apartments in every sector of the city of Winston-Salem.

Our apartments are equipped with refrigerators, stoves, hardwood or carpeted floors, washer/dryer connections, central heat/air and are handicapped accessible.
